Pay attention when using your card to pay for parking.
They are charging over the posted price which is probably 1 of the reasons they aren't taking cash.
I plan to report them to my bank.

No one was at the counter to greet patrons as they entered, just a sign saying self seating. The food was good, no complaints. The service was somewhat slow for the place to be nearly empty but the staff was friendly. Our waiter rarely returned to the table but it was expected because it was slow.
I'm sure this place is poppin in the spring and summer because it's an okay location on the water.

We enjoyed dinner on the patio while listening to "Apostle Jones band "( the best band in town). Sarah, our waitress, was excellent. The food was great, served hot,and worth the price.
After reading so many negative reviews we were pleasantly surprised. I can only give a 4 star rating because I think the $ 15 parking charge was tacky and a gouge.

Zero stars. Absolutely terrible service up to and including the owner.

We had a party of 12 which we tried to call ahead and the set a reservation for but they denied to take our reservation. The. When we got to the restaurant and put our names in, they told us it would "only be a couple minutes" but failed to come get us when the table was set. They also had plenty of open space in the restaurant, so no need for a wait at all.

But the real issue came in when only three of the 12 meals came out in a fair amount of time. The second round of only 2 meals came out 25 minutes later from the first set. Still leaving a majority of the table without food.

Then after addressing the issue with staff they said they will go assure the rest of the food was to come out. And that was still pieces at a time. Ultimately, the last item, coconut shrimp and onion rings, (two items that take three minutes in the deep fryer) came out an hour and forty minutes after the first set of food, not just after when we placed the order

Once all good was out, it was agreed upon that the Alfredo pasta, raviolis and chicken sandwiches were poorly cooked. The shrimp on the salad was under cooked. Mash potatoes were industrial powder bagged potatoes.

Meanwhile the manager, general manager and owner all walked back and fourth from our table and was aware of the issue but failed to address it or attempt to help their kitchen staff or waiting staff. A failure of leadership and poor moral character.

Once it came time for the bill, the entire table was disappointed and disgusted with said meal that took three hours. The my first offered to cover the drinks.... But soon realized that wasn't enough. Then said the food that came out pat was free. I'll be honest, I wasn't satisfied with that either and asked to speak with the general manager while the owner literally sat in the table next to us the entire time. They then offered to comp the meals that came out last. When I asked politely to speak with the owner, they called security and had them surround me as if I was being violent or a disturbance in any way which I was not.

While speaking with several servers and security members, they stated that they very often receive complaints of service and terrible timing.

While speaking with the owner himself, he admitted that this is typical service and that he is okay with the service that his business puts out and the way his managers treat customers. It is a shame since our server was polite and had to be brought down by the owner due to his lack of customer service.

Ultimately a member of our party agreed to just pay the 1/2 discounted bill so we could walk out. After being treated a rudely, surrounded by security and severed disgusting food, that was more than generous. I'm not one to complain but I couldn't pass on this opportunity to make sure this establishment is said to be what they are.

And a spit in our face out the door the manager offered a discount coupon for our next visit which we turned over to another poor customer that was stuck waiting for food from a disrespectful establishment.

Oh and another party threw up all over the floor behind us and they only covered it with napkins.

Food was good, and it was nice sitting outside on the water with the tropical drinks...
BUT THEN!!!! Our server, Janice, was very slow. Yes, she was nice, but we came here on a Sunday afternoon when the place was only about half full. It took us 20 minutes to get our drinks, 30 minutes to get our food, and 15 minutes after we got our food for me to get my side of ranch that I asked for when I initially ordered. We were here a total of an hour and a half, which seemed longer than necessary with the pace of buisness that day. We had people that came in (after we did) get their food and pay their bill LONG after we finished eating, and we've been waiting on the check about 25 min as I am typing this review. The cherry on top of the crap show sundae was that we never got our water refilled in 80 degree weather with 75% humidity. I was ready to have two alcoholic beverages as I sat down and looked at the menu, but with how slow she was and how the first drinks showed up melted/watered down, I didn't want to bother with it. We had plans to go kayaking on the lake, but with how slow it was, those plans went down the toilet with my patience. If we return, I will definitely not ask for her table.

Great view, but that is all that I can say was great about our visit. Got nachos and they were cold. We were told they were remade but clearly had just been put in the microwave. Got coconut shrimp as my meal. No coconut flavor and no shrimp flavor either. Got a beer and it tasted stale and like the lines needed to be cleaned out. Pretty disappointing for $100. Won't be back!!

We were in Cleveland for a comedy show at the Improv. The environment at shooters was great, the food was great and our server Kendall was amazing. I was real hesitant to go here based on previous 1 star reviews, but we were nothing but satisfied.

Bad service. Slow. Expensive. Food average at best. I waited 45 minutes just to get drinks. Another half hour for our dinner. Bad experience all in all.

Wish I looked at reviews before.
The middle aged blonde female bartender with glasses has no awareness of her surroundings. Waited, finally got drinks and opened a tab. After our first round we were blatantly ignored. My gf NEVER calls the bartender/waiter over, this time she politely tried. Didn't work. We are usually patient people but this was ridiculous so instead of ordering another round, we waited 30min to close our tab. Smacked with a 15% auto grat. For what? We were a party of 2 people. Waited forever for 2 drinks after already having paid $10 for parking.
We would have stayed longer had the bartender been better. 15% auto grat for 2 people on 2 drinks is unnecessary. My gf always tips 20% minimum, this time around was her first time asking to close with cash and tipped nothing over the included grat. F this place.

Went to shooters because my wife wanted to be by the lake. We ordered the shooters burger. The burgers were not up to par with the price they charge for them. The burger it's self was flavor less and dripping grease.

The server was very non attentive and found out why when the bill came. 15% forced gratuity. We did not have a large party it was only the two of us. Will not go back. Very disappointing experience

This place sucks. It's completely empty on a Friday night and they can't even get our orders right. The "hand breaded" chicken strips for $17 might as well be frozen along with their trash frozen fries. This is the kind of restaurant you go to when you're visiting Cleveland and you're too drunk to know the quality is bad and you're wasting money.
